There Are a few different types of this new Taom chalk, The green Taom v2 pale colour snooker chalk and the blue taom chalk called Pyro.
You might have seen some opf the top Snooker professionals useing this chalk on TV ranking events held by world snooker WPBSA events with snooker players like John Higgins, Mark selby, Shaun Murphy, and others.

The Taom chalk v2 is better than the older v1 Taom chalk and when I used mine found it to last more than twice as long as my other chalk.
It is much heavier however and being round chalk it feels different for a while but this could be me having played and got used to the sqaure green Tweeten Triangle chalks for so many years.
There is no right or wrong chalk really as it depends on the player playing what he or she likes best but it is nice to keep an open mind to try different things out and must admit I do like this new chalk.
